The site got its start from an idea of an organization that was ideologically contrasted with the Moral Majority. We thought it would be great to argue/debate things based on (gasp!) reason and logic; not scripture. This doesn’t mean this is going to be a refuge for atheist and agnostic political commentators. Natural law and sources of morality are always relevant. But the overwhelming content will be based on pragmatic solutions to current political problems. Differing opinions are encouraged. We want cool headed, witty, rational debate where things can be sourced and cited… and “John 3:16″ doesn’t count as a citation.
